Evidence sources and scope

Reviewed . These notes distinguish company-provided materials, numerical checks and published external records. A review date is not a study or recording date.

Engineering feasibility

Source: HemodynamiQ THT2027 Shark Tank deck, supplied by the company and reviewed on 4 October 2026. The deck describes alpha-board acquisition of ECG and dual-site neck–chest bioimpedance.

This is a company-reported engineering recording. Its acquisition date was not specified in the reviewed material. It does not establish the accuracy of LVEDP, JVP, pulmonary ECF, cardiac output, stroke volume or other target clinical outputs. The deck and raw recording are not published here.

Model reproducibility

Source: CardioMetaIQ v4.8 supplied release, manifest, reproducibility record and website-export numerical checks dated 4 October 2026. The homepage reviews stored STEP-HFpEF simulation trajectories; the virtual-trial page executes a separate analytic weight-loss model from the supplied CardioMetaIQ HTML application.

Inspect the numerical audit summary (JSON). This summary records reproduction checks and limitations; it is not an independent clinical validation or an external certification.

The STEP-HFpEF trial publication appeared on : Kosiborod et al., Semaglutide in Patients with Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction and Obesity. That trial evaluates semaglutide, not the HemodynamiQ platform.

Proposed clinical study

Source: a principal-investigator letter of intent dated and signed , supplied by the company.

The letter concerns a proposed retrospective, non-interventional CardioMetaIQ evaluation at Fortis Mohali using baseline inputs and outcomes-blinded evaluation. Institutional approvals and data arrangements are conditions of the proposed work.

This is a summary of a private source, not public access to the signed document. The letter does not establish completed clinical validation, ethics approval or institutional product endorsement. No patient-level study results are presented here. Contact the team about the study documentation.

Patent records

Dates below are grant or publication dates from the linked records. Both grant ribbon copies are available in the patent section.

Patent records describe intellectual property, not clinical performance or regulatory clearance.
